Minister – Ray Robinson

Ray Robinson

Ray started ministry at St Hilda’s in 2005, he’s married to Anne and has three adult children. He has a passion for helping people know about Jesus and His great plans for his people. He loves working with the people of St Hilda’s on the many varied ministries we provide to our community.



Assistant Minister – Mike Wells

Mike Wells

Mike joined the staff at St Hilda’s in 2014, and has particular responsibility for the evening meeting and the care of youth activities.   Mike is married to Rosa, and has three young children. He can be contacted at or on 0415 159 865.

Mike is seconded to Anglicare as a prison chaplain 2 days a week.



Family worker – Robyn Glindemann

Robyn Glindemann

Robyn joined the staff in 2006 and works with families to help them live godly lives in the midst of all the pressures society puts on families. She helps run the children’s programs, organises marriage and parenting seminars and a range of other family friendly activities during the year.

Robyn is married to Steve.



Pastoral Assistant – Michelle Seers


Michelle has been working at St Hilda’s since 2011 as the assistant to the minister and part of the Kidzone and Chips ‘n Chat team. She loves seeing kids reading the Bible and getting to know Jesus better.

Michelle is in the reception office on Wednesdays 10:30 am – 3:30 pm and Thursdays 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm.



Community Chaplain – Kathy Powell

Kathy Powell

Kathy will be on staff two days a week, from February 2016. She will be working as a Community Chaplain to reach out to the needy and the fringe people in our community.  She will also be studying 1 day a week at Mary Andrews College.

Kathy is married to Rob, and they have 5 adult children.



Counsellor – Penny Wilkinson

Penny will be on staff at St Hilda’s as a counsellor from 15th January 2016.   Penny is currently finishing a Master’s degree in counselling and is completing the practical part of that course  based in our offices at the back of the church. She is available for general counselling on Fridays.  Bookings can be made on

Emergency Relief Worker & Receptionist – Sue Stones

Sue Stones

Sue has been a member of St Hilda’s since 2011, and took on the role of Honorary Emergency Relief worker and Receptionist during 2015.

Church reception is at the back of the church building near the carpark, with a doorway off the driveway.
